PERSONAL BLOG: DAY OF THE DEAD


MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
Hello, my name is Karen Mariana Hernández González, I am a student of the National Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, in the career of Engineering in Plastics. 
My father is called José Antonio and he is a Chemical Engineer. My mother is called Guadalupe and is a bilingual Executive Secretary. I have two brothers, both are malformed than me; The first is called José Antonio and the second is called Luis Daniel.

MY HABITS, HOBBIES AND SCHOOL ROUTINES
I go to school at 7:00 in the morning and I leave around 3:00 in the afternoon. From 5:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon I practice Hawaiian and Folkloric Dance, returning to do my homework and I also help my mother in the housework.


DAY OF THE DEAD
The Day of the Dead is a holiday for the entire Mexican nation. Every November 1st and 2nd we this celebration. The elders say that in the early morning of those days, our deceased come to visit us, for this reason we put altars with flowers, candles, bread, food and other objects that remind us of them. Foreigners are amazed to see how Mexicans celebrate death and that is Chido!
